Dr. Chaban was born in Ukraine and raised in Los Angeles, CA. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Davis and attended medical school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. His passions in medical care lie in preventative care, mental health, procedures, and working with underserved communities. Dr. Chaban is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys exploring the beautiful landscapes of the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, you can often find him hiking with his wife and their shih-tzu Chewie. He also enjoys cycling, sampling different types of cuisine, and technology.
