I provide an Integrative Psychotherapy approach where I draw from several modalities--Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Therapy using Creative Arts.I like to think of my practice as a healthy collaboration between neuroscience and embodied care.Specialising in trauma-informed care, I possess expertise in supporting survivors of domestic and interpersonal abuse, individuals navigating race and identity challenges, and other marginalised communities. My approach is rooted in a commitment to anti-racist and anti-oppressive frameworks, fostering inclusivity within our therapeutic relationship.With international experience with a multitude of communities, I am trained to support women's issues, anxiety disorders, OCD, phobias, depression, self-harm, ADHD, autism, mood disorders, CPTSD, domestic abuse, interpersonal abuse, systemic harm, cultural issues, race-based stress, gender, sexuality, chronic health and fatigue, sex and relationships, as well as socio-economic and socio-political stress. I myself am a Middle Eastern/South Asian, cisgender, queer woman. I am mindful of the broader societal context and the intersections of our identities, recognising the potential impacts they may have on your journey.
