Hi, my name is Aisha I have a Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology. I also have a BSc (Hons) in Counselling from University of East London and I am a qualified integrative counsellor and provide counselling for clients aged 14 years old and upwards.I am also a specialist mentor to university students that require support with, academic organisation, mental wellbeing. Aswell as providing coping strategies due to stress and mental health.Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with clients from all walks of life, from family support to mentoring, immigration caseworker, management, and key working.Often in life, we are told to get on with it or to stop worrying.
