Hi there, I'm Afsaneh. My name is Afsaneh Matloob and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSYD) based in Los Angeles, California. Currently, I am working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, stress management, and issues regarding infertility, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques to help my clients make improvements and start feeling better.I work with adult and geriatric clients who maybe dealing with challenges and stresses in their lives. I blend my own life experiences and difficulties with a true compassion for others and a deep desire to provide understanding of their experiences.I like to find out about their mental health and emotional stresses with empathy and understanding by asking questions in a non-judgmental manner.
