I approach therapy as a human being holding space for you that is filled with empathy, warmth and genuineness. I work to maintain a balance between being supportive and challenging. My style is collaborative, active and inclusive of multicultural factors and I incorporate values of self-compassion, acceptance, empowerment, resilience and nonjudgmental awareness. Typically the first session involves gathering information about what you’re presenting with, who you are as a human and past experiences in order to take a holistic approach.
