Over 30 years of experience in the production and event management industry, managing conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, theatre shows, music events and tours in the UK, Australia, Europe, South East Asia and North America. During this time acquiring an extensive set of skills, not least of which are communication and team management, budgeting, negotiating with suppliers and, as is often the case in our industry, working to deadline within extremely tight time-frames. In conjunction with these skills there is a complete understanding of the design process, an eye for detail and good technical knowledge which enables the taking of a brief and from it, to then develop the most effective production strategy.
