I am an experienced, counsellor and psychotherapist working for the NHS and in private practice. I offer relational therapy to match your needs. This will mean the therapy may involve aspects of person- centred therapy, CBT, transactional or psycho-dynamic therapy. You may be experiencing health issues (oncology, menopause)? I have specialist experience in this area along with experience of working with issues of sexual, trauma, physical or emotional abuse.
