During my twelve year career, I have worked across multiple health boards in various settings, expanding my skills and knowledge. I specialized as a mental health OT in Singapore and returned to the UK for further studies, whilst gaining experience through locum contracts. I have experience in areas such as, community teams, complex behavioural units, COVID field hospital and the integrated autism service. During my PhD on postnatal depression, I won multiple awards, inclusive of the Audrey Jones Memorial Award for research by women.
