I am a registered qualified experienced Psychotherapist providing person centred humanistic therapy to clients and mental health education and awareness for over 10 years. I have worked and supported people in community environments and within charity 3rd sector organisations.I am available to facilitate therapy for clients in-person and remotely via online and telephone.I am also a bilingual psychotherapist conversing in Urdu, Hindi and Gujerati and understand the challenges and the barriers faced by differing cultures and communities.
