I have been a qualified pharmacist for 5 years. For the past 2 years I have working for LloydsPharmacy as a pharmacy manager in a busy village pharmacy. I faced alot of challenges as we went through a complete change of staff as well as a global pandemic. Previous to this i was a relief pharmacist for 2years. During this time I have been an interim manager for 6 months where I was able to pick up the necessary skills and attributes needed for a good pharmacy manager.
