Dr Youssef has 30 years’ experience in Orthopaedics and Trauma. He obtained his fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and undertook his training in the United Kingdom where he worked in prestigious hospitals in Sheffield, Cambridgeshire and London. During his work in the UK he progressed in his posts and responsibilities to reach senior positions within orthopaedic surgery.During his work in the UK Dr Youssef performed more than 6000 joint replacements and a similar, if not greater number, of arthroscopies of the knees and shoulder. His expertise ranges mainly between hip and knee replacements, as well as arthroscopies of the shoulders and the knee, but also wrists and ankles.He has experience in trauma surgery, fractures and dislocations.
