Main responsibility: Leading and managing the following areas in the pharmacy department: -          Medicines Information -          Hospital Formulary -          As the secretary of Drugs and Therapeutics Committee -          As a member of area prewcribing committee (Hertfordshire Medicines Management Committee) -          Commissioning of high cost drugs and secondary care -          Primary and Secondary Care Liason -          Medicines management issues Acting up as the Head of Pharmacy Department regularly in the absence of Deputy Chief Pharmacist on pharmacy operational issues.
