Being a Clinical and Community pharmacist, my main priority is the patients and their health. I look after my patients, counsel them and direct them to General Practitioners when required. Apart from dispensing, I support customers and make things better for them in all sorts of ways, such as support for giving up smoking, performing SMR, repeat authorisation, medicine reconciliation, monitoring high risk medicines, checking blood pressure or testing for blood glucose levels. I always try my best to deliver the highest quality healthcare service to my customers and patients .<br>I am responsible for leading the pharmacy team, managing budget, achieving QOF AND DES targets and maximising business profitability which is the key to our success. I support my colleagues, inspiring and developing my team to deliver a premium service to my patients. My job is to help my colleague-staff, build confidence of patients to pharmacy, bring profit to PCN and NHS and effective and safe running of pharmacy business.
