I am an experienced pharmacist who is keen to use my expertise in Community Pharmacy for the benefit of patients by providing a first class prescription dispensing service , effective advanced services such as the New Medicine Service, Community Pharmacy Consultation Service (CPCS ) , and NHS 111 referrals . I am also keen in providing advice to patients in all aspects of healthcare. I have developed skills to motivate pharmacy teams to achieve business targets and results ,and manage branch operations. I have developed skills in the provision of pharmacy team training and development, the building of effective working relationships with GP's , other healthcare professionals and management. I am proficient in the use of pharmacy IT systems such as Pharmacy Manager, Columbus , Nexphase , Compass , Proscript Connect and RxWeb . I also have a NHS Smartcard. I have completed the following training : NHS England , Safeguarding for Children and Vulnerable Adults, level 3 for Community Pharmacists , CPPE Summary Care Records, Minor Ailments, Children's Oral Health, Emergency Hormonal Contraception, Consultation skills for pharmacy practice , New Medicines Service ( NMS ), NHS Discharge Medicines Service -Improving outcomes for patients transferring care , Immunisation in pharmacies - developing your service .
