Veronica Gioscia started her career as a Criminal Lawyer in Italy working daily with people with extremely stressful psychological conditions. Veronica then moved to the UK 1998 and in 2003 obtained a degree in Psychology. In 2006 Veronica then studied a Post-MSc in Counselling Psychology at City University. From 2009 to 2011 she received specialist training from the Institute of Psychiatry and the Maudsley NHS foundation trust in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). In 2012 she obtained a Psychodynamic Psychotherapy MA from the University of Essex Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. Veronica Gioscia is a full Practicing Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) and Chartered Psychologist of the British Psychological Society (BPS). She has worked for the NHS in various capacities. From 2009 to 2011 she also worked in the Health Psychology Service at St. Thomas Hospital in the outpatient department dealing with chronic health conditions. Veronica is known to provide clients with a safe and warming environment and helps clients deal with a vast range of psychological issues.
