Dr. Vernisha Hearn is a board-certified internal medicine physician and sees patients at our Marietta location. Dr. Hearn was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She attended college at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro. Dr. Hearn completed medical school and the internal medicine residency program at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Dr. Hearn is a current member of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Hearn's areas of medical interest include patient education, diabetes management, healthy lifestyle modifications and advanced care planning. She is a current member of the American College of Physicians (ACP). In her free time, Dr. Hearn enjoys taking a variety of fun fitness classes, including kickboxing, Zumba and aerobics. She also enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and studying behavioral science. Dr. Hearn loves traveling to her hometown of Chattanooga to spend time with her family.
