GPhC registered Band 7 Pharmacist with expertise in Personalised centred care with holistic approach and out- of -hospital clinical homecare. Being a member of Primary Care Pharmacy Association (PCPA) and Midlands Practice Pharmacy Network (MPPN), appreciates the significance of primary care pharmacist role in provision of expert advice on clinical medicines and the undertaking of structured clinical reviews with patients to proactively manage their complex polypharmacy needs. Developed strong consultation and interpersonal skills whilst working towards CPPE post-graduation foundation programme, having supported dispensary team and communicated with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Consistently strives to develop knowledge in the sector through self- learning and reflecting through CPD.
