I am a spinal specialist who is dedicated to helping you get the treatment that’s right for you. I am committed to meeting each patient’s individual needs. I graduated from University of Leeds Medical School in 1998. After completing my house jobs in Leeds, I moved to the Mersey region, where I undertook basic surgical training, a knee research fellowship and higher surgical training in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery. Having gained a wide experience in trauma and orthopaeedic surgery, I found spinal surgery the most fascinating and undertook two spinal fellowships – at the world-famous spinal unit at Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham (2009) and at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (2010). I was appointed to Gloucester NHS Foundation Trust in September 2010, working at both Gloucester and Cheltenham NHS hospitals. I also work privately at the Nuffield Hospital and Cobalt Unit, Cheltenham; and Winfield Hospital, Gloucester.
