I am an experienced Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, accredited by the BACP and a qualified supervisor for individuals and groups. I offer confidential one to one counselling sessions from consulting rooms in Vauxhall and online, via Skype and Zoom. I aim to provide a safe and trusting environment, where clients are free to explore any concerns and issues they have, without fear of being judged. My approach is Integrative, drawing on Humanistic and Psychodynamic approaches and I work in time limited and open ended way to suit individual`s needs. I specialise working with childhood trauma, anxiety and depression. Other issues I work with - relationships, bereavement and loss, attachment and separation, panic attacks, stress, low self esteem. I have experience working in the NHS, voluntary and private sectors, where I have supported clients with diverse backgrounds and presenting with a broad range of issues. I work on long term and time limited basis, to suit individual needs. I also offer therapy supervision face to face or online.
