Currently, I work as a teacher's assistant and medical coordinator at Frejaskolan, where I engage with middle and high school students in adapted primary school. My professional resume includes over 27 years at Volvo Cars, where I held leadership roles as Senior Product & Strategist Purchaser and Senior Category Buyer. During my time there, I was responsible for sustainability issues and led global teams within the EU, China, and the USA. Additionally, I have experience working in China and the Netherlands, which has enhanced my intercultural understanding, collaboration skills, and leadership capacity. Throughout, the focal points have always been the time, technology, and costs. My experiences trace back to my time as a robot operator and team leader at Volvo Cars, where I was in charge of robot and automation stations as well as training and educating new staff. Before entering the automotive industry, I was part of Sahlgrenska University Hospital as a trained nursing assistant, specializing in dialysis within specialized care. Over the years, I have successfully navigated through various projects and leadership roles, and I take pride in contributing to the success of the organizations I have been a part of.
