I am also certified in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and utilize a variety of approaches including but not limited to: cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions focused therapy, family systems theory.I have experience working as: an emergency mental health counselor, juvenile justice counselor, adoptions counselor, adolescent and adult sexual abuse group facilitator, domestic abuse counselor, outpatient therapy for families, children adolescents, couples and individuals.
