Dr Toby Chave is a Dermatologist practicing at Plymouth Hospital. His specialties include skin lesions, inflammatory skin conditions, acne, eczema and psoriasis. Dr Chave qualified from the University of Sheffield in 1994. He then undertook medical placements in Doncaster, Exeter and Queensland, Australia. Following this, he specialised in the field of Dermatology and completed specialist training in Cardiff and Leicester. He then specialised even further in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer. Upon completion of his training in 2004 he was first appointed Consultant Dermatologist and was working in Truro, Cornwall. He then moved to Plymouth in 2007. He worked as the Service Line Director for Dermatology at Derriford Hospital between 2008 and 2014. He now currently works at Plymouth Hospital.
