She has a medical interest in women’s health and preventive medicine. Dr. Gilford treats adults, performing adult physical exams, well woman exams and Medicare annual wellness visits. Dr. Gilford earned her bachelor’s degree in biology and minored in chemistry at Prairie View A&M University. She then attended medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Dr. Gilford completed her residency work at Methodist Hospital in Houston with a specialty in internal medicine. In her free time, Dr. Gilford enjoys fishing, playing tennis and crafting.
