Tilly has a very practical ability and can adapt to most situations. She is presentable, well spoken and very organised. Tilly’s focus with her career recently, alongside Private Health Care admin, has been working her way through pharmacy. Starting as a counter assistant for 6 months, then moving onto being a trainee dispenser and finally qualifying with a level 2 NVQ certificate in Dispensing in June 2023. Working in healthcare has taught Tilly how important teamwork is and how it has such a positive impact on a company and those they work with. She uses her ability to multi-task everyday resulting in consistent and well organised work. Tilly has an empathetic and generous approach, always kind and respectful and will go above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction. Tilly enjoys topping up her knowledge of medicines and recent news on health care by studying the BNF and reading other related books and sources in her spare time. Tilly has 2+ years experience in building positive relationships with patients and customers ensuring any complaints and queries are dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. Over the last few years Tilly has worked with different types of patient software systems and other office applications like microsoft and google. Resulting in confident and quick learning when using new company software and processors. During her time with both Marlow and Maidenhead pharmacies, Tilly was tasked with streamlining the pharmacy processes and stock management systems. Additionally, whilst with The Female Health Clinic in her role as medical secretary, Tilly was responsible for ensuring all patients were monitored with consultations and blood tests before administering prescriptions. She liaised with the consultant specialists, to resolve patient queries to book appointments into clinics when required. During her time at The Female Health Clinic there had been a dramatic HRT shortage which required both patient and medicine management. Tilly has been working in busy environments for many years now and has learnt how to manage this with quick thinking and good communication skills. As well as making sure there is no compromise to the company ethics and legal protocols as well as to customer care. Tilly is very used to speaking with people on a daily basis, whether this be in person, on the phone or via email. She always makes sure to listen carefully to others and respond in an appropriate and professional manner.
