I'm a Psychiatrist completing my higher training in the dual specialisms of working-age and older adults in East London. My professional interests include the mental health of older adults; dementia; neuropsychiatry; psychodynamic and group psychotherapy; Balint; and improving the application of technology in health systems. In addition to my core training requirements, I'm currently working to develop my skills in research.
