Dr. Thi Thi Phan grew up in San Diego, and has lived in San Marcos for almost 10 years. She obtained her DDS degree in 2000 from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Following dental school she served her country for three years working as a military dentist in the United States Navy. During that time she recieved a year post graduate experience in advanced general dentistry with emphasis in cosmetic dentistry. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
