Dr. Theodoros (Theo) Gkomozias is a dentist based at Elegant Smiles at Heckington/Sleaford in Lincolnshire. His interest is in Invisalign, Digital Dentistry, minimally-invasive Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry, Endodontics, and Oral Medicine. He has completed his Advanced Postgraduate Certificate in Contemporary Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry at the Dominic Hassall Training Institute.  He is a qualified BioClear Composite Method provider(Levels 1-4), trained at the International Bioclear Learning Centre in Birmingham by Dr. Claire Burgess (Certified BioClear Instructor). This method allows him to undertake Black Triangle Closures, Composite Veneers, and overlays using the BioClear System.  Furthermore, he has been trained to provide Same Day Smiles with Injection Moulding or FirstFit Veneers techniques(indirect Composite or Porcelain) by Avant Garde. He graduated from the University of Athens in Greece, where he later worked as an undergraduate teaching assistant at the Department of Restorative Dentistry; he was involved with the training of the 2nd and 3rd-year dental students. Following this, he started his private dental practice in Athens in November 2015. At the same time, he assisted at the Andreas Syggros Hospital of Venereal & Dermatological Diseases, where he gained experience in oral cancer and oral manifestations of systemic diseases while delivering oral medicine clinics. Theo ensures his continued professional development by regularly attending courses and keeping updated with the latest techniques and dental equipment. Moreover, he has attended many National (Greek) and International Dental Congresses in Rome, Paris, Belgrade, and Bucharest. During some of them, he participated in presenting clinical cases and literature reviews on various dental topics. Theo enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, photography, biking, and playing tennis in his spare time. I consider myself a caring and passionate dentist. I love my profession and I aim to provide my patients with evidence-based dental treatments of high standards. For this reason, I invest a lot in dental training, equipment, and materials.  I always try to spend time with my patients, put them at ease and find the best way to meet their needs.
