I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Therapeutic Counsellor, registered and accredited with the British Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling (MBACP accred.) and supervisor. I am an IPT-UK Accredited Interpersonal Psychotherapist and Supervisor. I work for Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in the Occupational Health Staff Psychology and Counselling Team. I am a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England instructor. I have experience of working with a range of issues including depression, anxiety related disorders including panic and phobias, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship problems and personality disorders.
