Since March 2018 started and running my own mental health clinic. I have more than 15 years of the psychiatrist experience in different acute service settings. I developed acute mental health services (such as crisis intervention) in Lithuania and in the United Kingdom. Whilst running the acute mental health care unit at the hospital in one of the biggest UK NHS Mental Health Trusts I was also the clinical audit lead for East Sussex. 4 years with NHS in the UK gave me the experience of the leadership, team management, clinical governance (incl. clinical audits, information governance, continuous professional development, clinical leadership) and delivering against tough operational and financial targets. Whilst working for the NHS in UK I took the opportunity to certify myself as Qualified Clinical & Educational Supervisor (certificate by UK NHS Health Education Authority). My most recent achievement is the implementation of the World Health Organisation pilot project in Ukraine to establish Mobile Community Mental Health Teams in Ukraine. This scalable solution of the mobile teams (4 up and running teams by now) significantly contributes to the provision of acute mental health services which also benefits conflict-affected communities with post-traumatic disorders. WHO press release on this project: http://www.euro.who.int/en/countries/ukraine/news/news/2016/05/mobile-clinics-in-ukraine-have-carried-out-nearly-200-000-patient-consultations-since-2015
