I am a clinical pharmacist for both acute and elderly patients at the mental health trust. My experience at my current post included other sectors such as forensics, Dispensary and home treatment teams. During which I worked closely with healthcare specialists within the trusts and external organisations and carers. I believe that patients are the main source of information but working at a mental health facility challenges me as a healthcare professional to safeguard patients and to use my professional judgement continuously. I also exhibit broad knowledge in community pharmacy roles, which through it I have enhanced my people skills. As an individual, I continuously ask questions and try to seek their answers. My constant pursuit of knowledge is the core of my passion for pharmacy. As a career, it inspires me to better myself in various sectors and skills. My journey to self-improvement is fueled by my communication, leadership and teamwork, and organisational and time-management skills.
