Dr. Hazan joined Gastroenterology Associates of S. W. Florida, P.A. in 2010. Dr. Hazan received his Medical Degree from St.Georges University in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine as well as a Gastroenterology fellowship at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan. He also completed advanced training in Endoscopic Ultrasound and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography during a 4th year fellowship in Milwaukee, WI at St.Lukes Hospital. ​
