Experience: Development of enabling environments for people with physical and learning disabilities, with a special emphasis on sensory processing differences. Commissioning of specialist support services. Provision of OT assessment and recommendation services with emphasis on assistive equipment and environmental adaptations to local authorities, case managers and individuals. Goal: to continue to develop awareness of the impact of environment on function, and devise modifications to environments to maximise individuals' desired performance. Specialties: Housing adaptations for physical disabilities and people with sensory processing needs. Learning disabilities, sensory processing, autism spectrum disorder, challenging behaviour in children and adults.
