Being an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I use a range of different therapies. I draw upon the Person-Centred approach, Cognitive behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic approach and Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to enable clients to develop their self-awareness whilst working collaboratively. Each client is unique and therefore flexibility is key in ensuring each client’s individual needs are met. By adjusting my therapeutic approach using different types of therapies I am able to match what each client needs. One size does not fit all.
