👋🏽 Hi, my name is Sumaira! 🎓 Masters of Pharmacy, University College London 📚 I am a big fan of self-improvement and I also enjoy the process of seeing this in others. As a teaching practitioner of university students, I was able to learn that a great way to bring about growth in others, is by being relatable and engaging. I then used these skills further in my career as a Lead Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager, where I was able to create an efficient team through effective communication, developing motivated mindsets and role delegation. As a health professional in a patient-centric environment, I have strong experience in critical thinking in order to treat and advise my patients. I am also task-oriented; I have worked in high-volume, and high-service level pharmacies which focuses largely on multi-tasking, prioritisation and being timely. 💻 I want to explore a new position outside of healthcare, while still maintaining the ability to help others. Currently non-specific, but I see myself in a fast-paced and efficient environment as I enjoy working hard - I like that it makes me feel active and accomplished. 🏔 In my free time, you can find me in the kitchen baking, canvas painting and catching sunrises on brisk morning walks. I also like creating designs for my personalised printing side-business! 💪🏽 My key strengths are centred around leadership, organisation, communication and creativity.
