Clinical experience: ➢ Worked as Trainee Clinical Pharmacist in BGS GLOBAL Hospital, Bangalore, as a part of Pharm D (post baccalaureate) curriculum in Department of General Medicine, Nephrology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology and Hepatology (Aug 2014 – oct2015). Subject & Technical skills: ➢ Provision of “Information to drug related queries to physicians and other health care professionals” in a Tertiary level Hospital. ➢ Handling Medical and Drug databases like MEDLINE, MEDSCAPE, MICROMEDEX, SCIENCEDIRECT, MD CONSULT (Literature search) ➢ Review of inpatient treatment charts for “Appropriateness in terms of Drug, Dose, Route of administration, Frequency, Drug- Drug interactions and Drug duplication”. ➢ Experienced in Identification, reporting and monitoring of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) to Pharmacovigilance centre (Pharmacovigilance) ➢ Providing basic education to nursing staff in identifying Medication Errors, Adverse Drug Reactions.
