I qualified as a doctor in 1983 and underwent training in General Surgery , General urology and Urological Oncology and male sexual dysfunction.After my appointemnt as a consultant urologist in 1996 I have been practising at Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield (MidYorkshire NHS Trust). I have 23 years of consultant experience in treating Urological patients. I treat all types of urological conditions but my special interest is in managing patients with urological cancers and male sexual dysfunction. I have maintained a significant interest in clinical research and am the principle local investigator for international, EORTC and MRC cancer trials. I have co-authored many research articles which have been published in peer reviewed journals. I have held several key management positions and currently I am an Associate medical director responsible for quality and safety in my Hospital
