Dr. Sugar graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in 1990 and The University of Texas at Austin in 1986. His practice includes comprehensive optometry, contact lenses, treatment and management of ocular conditions, and Laser Vision Consultation. He is board certified by the state of Texas in Therapeutic Optometry, and in 2001 Dr. Sugar became a Certified Glaucoma Specialist. He is a native Houstonian who graduated from Westbury High School. He enjoys spending time his family and friends. His other interests include watching baseball(most of the time the Astros), traveling, painting, and playing golf.
