I am patient and pragmatic, with years of experience in Community Pharmacy, working from new starter to management at a regional level. Throughout I have shown that I maintain calm under pressure, conscientious, and familiar with all aspects of pharmacy business, frequently far exceeding the responsibilities of my role. I have championed my branches throughout the biggest crises of the sector and allowed them to flourish, fulfilling a leadership role throughout the Covid era, massive changes to the business, and ultimately supporting each of my branches through successful divestments. I have aided the roll out of new IT systems: providing technical support, written documentation, mentoring, coaching and training of individuals and teams. I have coordinated with stakeholders, communicated to the public and provided cover as required in the absence of regional managers. By overcoming challenges at every stage in my career, I have reached the peak of what Community Pharmacy can offer me. I proceeded to complete my Scrum Master certification, and I am hoping to take my management expertise and the skills I have mastered to explore new sectors, with fresh challenges and room for continued professional development.
