Stephen Van Laborde, M.D., originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, received his undergraduate degree in English literature with distinction from Stanford University. He graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine where he was the recipient of the Isadore Dyer Valedictory Memorial Prize. After an internship in Internal Medicine at Tulane University, he completed his Dermatology residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York and served as Chief Resident. Afterwards, Dr. Laborde gained fellowship training in Laser Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatology from Harvard and Yale University faculty in Boston at SkinCare Physicians of Chestnut Hill. Dr. Laborde is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and fellowship trained in Laser Surgery, Cosmetic Dermatology, and Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Laborde was selected for inclusion in 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 Texas Super Doctors™.
