Stella has more than 30 years experience of the NHS working both as a clinician and a senior manager. This combination has given her great insight into the balance required between general managment and clinical leadership to deliver meaningful quality improvement in health services. She also has significant experience in the use of technology to support redesign of clinical services to deliver the ambitions of the NHS Scotland Quality Strategy.
