Specialist in General Adult Psychiatry 1994 & Forensic Psychiatry 1998, Sweden. Outstanding record. Member of Bermuda Medical Council as a specialist in psychiatry and employed by BHB, Bermuda. Former Lead Consultant Psychiatrist at PICU, Basildon University Hospital, UK. Invented the first computer based coercive psychiatric care record system in 1991-1994 whilst being the project manager of the first psychiatric in- and outpatient electronic record system in Sweden, 1991-94. Investigating medical officer and Forensic Psychiatrist on behalf of The Swedish National Board of Forensic Medicine (RMV), for 8 years. Contributed with >300 minor forensic reports. His skills was reviewed as excellent by RMV and the Swedish Criminal Courts system. Medical Director at Swedens second largest psychiatric hospital during 1999-2001. Together with Professor Martin Grann (Hon. Professor at Oxford University), Centre for Violence Prevention, Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden, founded a new forensic research facility at Säter Hospital, Sweden, 2001. Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist for the Bermudian Government and employed by the Bermuda Hospital Board 2012-2016. Consultant Psychiatrist (2016-2019) and Clinical Executive of the Mid-Central Hospital Board, Palmerston North, New Zealand, 2017 - 2019. Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, Hamilton Hospital, New Zealand, 2019 - 2021. Extensive academic training in alcohol and drugs, schizophrenia, sexual violence, leadership, forensic psychiatry, neurology, HCR-20, PCL, SVL, and a wide range of different psychotherapeutic techniques. Certified in Professor Cloningers TCI (Temperament & Character Inventory), Centre for Psychobiology Personality, University of Umeå, Sweden. Lectured in UK, Saudi-Arabia, Bermuda & Sweden. Outstanding teaching and communication skills. Leader. Participated 2006 in LBL (Life Between Lives) training in Bedford, UK, with PhD M Newton, California, USA. Completed training as a post-graduate communication teacher at Cambridge School of Medicine, Cambridge University, UK, 2009. Co-author of coercive care in Sweden (SPF), 1997.
