Dr. Srikanth Nimmagadda MBBS, DPM (Ire), MMedSc, FRCPsych, MFFLM, FIIOPM, LLM (Mental Health Law), MA in Medical Ethics and Law, MsC in Healthcare Management,CUEW I am a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist and Medical Director at Cheswold Park Hospital, Doncaster. I am Professor of Organisational Psychological Medicine at the International Institute of Organisational Psychological Medicine. I am elected as the UK representative on the steering committee of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics. I am a member of the international faculty of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and involved in teaching bioethics in various parts of the world. I was Deputy Medical Director and later, as Medical Director of Cheswold Park Hospital for nearly 11 years until April 2019. My areas of expertise and special interests include Mentally Disordered Offenders in various Psychiatric and Custodial settings, PTSD, Affective Disorders, Mental Health Law, Medical Ethics and Health Care Law and Addictions Psychiatry. I am also passionate about Health care Management, Leadership development, Organisational Productivity and Human Capital Management.
