I am a practising Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist at The University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, UK and Honorary Lecturer at the Cardiff University since 2007. I completed my radiology training at the Peninsula training scheme, Plymouth, UK in 2006 and Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship at the prestigous Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford, UK in 2007. I have extensive experience in diagnostic and interventional aspects of musculoskeletal radiology including Orthopaedic, rheumatological and tumour pathologies. I specialise in the investigation and intervention in sports injuries. I am specialist in performing and interpretation of ALL modalities of musculoskeletal radiology investigations including MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, CT and fluoroscopy. I routinely perform a wide range of musculoskeletal and spinal interventional procedures such as epidural injections, nerve root blocks, discography, facet joint injections and Ultrasound guided Joint and Soft tissue injections etc. I have published extensively in the field of radiology and non radiological medicine in many peer reviewed international journals. I teach in numerous national and international musculoskeletal radiology courses and FRCR examination courses.
