I would like to provide you with the support of making sense of these emotions within a therapeutic safe space. I am a licensed Psychotherapist n the UK. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with depression.Therapy can feel like a scary place especially when it is a new experience, but I assure you that we would work through your difficulties at a pace chosen by you.  Remember, YOU are the expert of your lived experience and we can work through it together with you leading me on your journey.I also support people with cultural and religious difficulties, especially those coming from a South Asian Muslim background, like myself. This is an area that people seem to have the least support in, especially when adapting in today's modern society.I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.At this current time, I am offering weekly remote sessions. I am able to offer video, telephone and chat sessions (Email/Text). I will in the near future resume face to face work. I am based in Birmingham, so will be offering face to face work within this area.
