Mr Guna Reddy-Kolanu is the Clinical Governance and Audit Lead for the ENT department in Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust and has been an ENT Consultant since 2016, specialising in general ENT with a specific interest in ear disorders, balance disorders and children ENT. He treats a majority of children and patients with balance problems at his NHS practice at East Surrey and Crawley HospitalsTo date, he has performed over 1000 tonsillectomies, including more modern intracapsular techniques, over 1000 ear operations, including mastoid surgery, eardrum reconstruction and implementation, over 500 sinus operations and over 10000 operations in his 13 years of experience in ENT.Mr Reddy-Kolanus training in ENT was supplemented by further training in complex ear surgery and cochlear implant surgery in children as young as 11 months.
