I have developed a wide range of skills that have enabled me to enhance the provision of ICT offered here at the college I work at including use of numerous college support facilities both electronic and departmental based. I have always given 100% effort to any challenge I have been set and feel I have a level of resilience that supports my ‘never give-up’ attitude. I believe that this can be seen through the recent 3/4 year upward trends in the retention, achievement and success rates of the BTEC Level 3 provision.
