I have endured the restless nights of stress with many factors that affect the ability to balance life and self-care. I specialize in Trauma Focused Therapy, Substance Abuse Counseling, Family and Individual therapy.I meet with individuals on a flexible schedule. I am open on Saturdays and during the week in the flexible schedule mornings and afternoons by appointment. On occasion, I will see clients on Sunday, if needed.
