As an OT working in pediatrics my main role is to help children explore their abilities, empower to carry day to day tasks with more confidence and independence by improving health, quality of life and well being. taking a whole person approach to each patient's physical and mental well being by considering all their needs- physical, social, emotional and environmental. assessing, evaluating, planning and implementing treatment plans with realistic goals and meaningful outcomes.
