I am a GP Clinical Pharmacist working within a large city centre practice in Aberdeen. I provide services in line with the new GP contract in Scotland such as medicines reconciliation, actioning prescription requests, answering medication related queries, medication reviews and quality improvement activities. I am a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber with a special interest in mental health service provision and substance misuse and currently run pharmacist led clinics in these areas. I also currently run a Hypertension clinic within the GP Practice.
