Hello, as a BACP accredited Person Centered Therapist with many years of experience across cultures, ages and countries, I work hard at providing an environment that feels safe, confidential and open - a space that could be used to explore what is happening for you.  Working closely with who you are as a person, in my experience, offers the surest way of finding solutions that work for you/with you.  Why?  Because they are created with you as the centre. Working with tools you already have, we can create ways of being that work.Sessions of just under an hour, on a weekly basis with regular reviews works well to allow a good balance of work and evaluation of whether what is needed is being provided and what if anything is needed going forward.I use external evaluation tools like the CORE Outcome measure so that you, as a client, should have an idea if things are changing for you in the direction you need or if something needs to be addressed differently. This also allows me to have insight into what you are looking for and whether what I am able to provide is of use.
